Corn Ramen in Kitashiobara, Fukushima

Stopped by this little gem in Kitashiobara in October and had to try their corn ramen — those kernels were so sweet and fresh, they practically melted into the broth. The pork slices were tender, the noodles had that perfect chew, and honestly, it hit different after a day of exploring the Tohoku countryside!

１０月に北塩原村に寄った時、このお店のコーンラーメンを食べたんだけど、トウモロコシの甘さがスープに溶け込んでて最高だった！チャーシューも柔らかいし、麺のコシもいい。秋の福島を巡った後だからこそ、この一杯の味わいが格別だったな！！
