松本市中央の小木曽製粉所に立ち寄ったら、本気の蕎麦職人の空気が漂ってた!11月の長野で、できたての蕎麦の温かさが最高。一口食べたら、ここの歴史と想いが伝わってくる感じ。最高だったな!!
