November in Kanagawa and I found myself craving something warm and indulgent — this rich, creamy tonkotsu ramen in Kugenuma-Ishigami absolutely hit the spot. The broth was silky, the noodles perfectly chewy, and those tender pork slices melted on my tongue. Pure comfort in a bowl!
