Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen in Chuo, Sendai

Found this gem in Chuo during a May ramen crawl through Sendai — that silky tonkotsu broth with the crispy seaweed on top was absolutely next level. The ham and green onions were the perfect touch. One bowl and I was completely hooked!
