
May in Aomori, and I grabbed this absolute gem of a seafood bowl in Shinmachi — uni, ikura, fresh squid, and sweet shrimp all piled on top of each other. One bite and I got it: this is what coastal Japan tastes like. The seafood was so fresh it practically melted on my tongue!
5月の青森・新町一丁目で食べた海鮮丼が最高だった!!ウニ、イクラ、イカ、甘エビ...新鮮すぎてとろける旨さ。地元の海の恵みをこんなに贅沢に食べられるなんて、最高だな〜!
