Summer in Aomori and I had to try the local seafood ramen — this bowl was absolutely stacked with fresh squid, shrimp, and fish. The broth was so clean and flavourful, every spoonful felt like a taste of the sea right there in Shinmachi. Pure comfort!

青森の夏、地元のシーフードラーメンを食べずにはいられない！新町で出会ったこの一杯は、イカにエビに魚…海の幸がてんこ盛り。スープも透き通ってて、一口飲むと青森の海が口いっぱいに広がった。最高だった！！
