Fresh Sushi at Mado Beach, Shimoda

January in Shimoda, and I grabbed this incredible sushi right by Mado Beach — the fish was so fresh it practically melted on my tongue. Coastal Shizuoka sushi hits different when you're eating it steps away from where it came out of the water!
