Grabbed this beauty at a convenience store in Omachi, Akita during late spring — a classic salty salmon onigiri, simple and honest. One bite and I was reminded why these little triangles are such a traveller's best friend. The salt, the rice, the flaky salmon — pure comfort on the road!
