October in Yokohama — and I found this incredible bowl of ramen in Okano with the creamiest tonkotsu broth I've had in ages. Those sliced pork toppings melting into the soup, the purple cabbage adding that perfect crunch — this is what keeps me coming back to hidden local spots!
