
Late spring in Ibusuki brought me this gorgeous slice of sushi — pristine fish draped over rice, crowned with fresh scallions. The seafood here is unreal, pulled straight from these waters with Mt. Kaimon watching over the coast. One bite and I was hooked!
5月の指宿で出会った新鮮寿司!薄くスライスした白身に、ねぎがたっぷり。開聞岳を望む漁場からの海の幸は最高だった。この一貫で指宿の虜になっちゃった!!
