
Spring 2022 in Yaizu — I wandered into a sushi spot in Sakae-cho and this sashimi spread just knocked me out. The salmon, tuna, squid — all impossibly fresh and melting on my tongue. This is what you get when you eat fish *this* close to where it's caught!
2022年3月、焼津市栄町の寿司屋で出会った刺身盛り。サーモン、マグロ、イカ…どれもかなりの鮮度で、口の中でとろけちゃった。港町で食べる魚はやっぱり違うな!
