Early spring in Shizuoka, and I found myself at a perfect little BBQ spot in Nakano-Nitta — that sizzle on the cast iron plate was just calling my name. Fresh broccoli, a crispy potato cake, and a seriously juicy steak that melted on my tongue. Simple, honest, delicious.
