
Stopped by a sushi spot in Nakamachi, Sakata during an early April trip through Yamagata — and wow, the freshness just hit different. Those perfectly sculpted pieces on the green leaf, the delicate white and golden tones... this is what sushi is supposed to taste like. Spring in Tohoku does something special to the seafood!
