May in Hagi brought me to Esaki for an incredible sushi spread — fresh sashimi, delicate tempura, and pristine seafood arranged with such care. Every bite tasted like the ocean, and honestly, this might be one of the best sushi meals I've had. The detail in the presentation just blew me away!
