Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen in Kami-Meguro, Tokyo

Spring in Tokyo, and I found myself slurping this incredible tonkotsu in Kami-Meguro — that silky broth, the perfectly soft-boiled egg, fresh scallions and nori piled on top. One bowl and I was completely hooked!
