August in Fukushima brought me to Motomiya, and I couldn't resist diving into this gorgeous bowl of local noodles — tender vegetables, perfectly cooked seafood, all swimming in this silky sauce. One slurp and I was hooked. These simple, honest dishes are what travel is really about!
