Caught this gem in mid-September while exploring Tsuchidaru in Yuzawa – the waterfall cascading over smooth rock faces was pure magic, and the river valley beyond just opens up endlessly. That bridge framing the whole scene, the dense forest clinging to the mountains – it's the kind of quiet, untouched nature you stumble on when you wander off the beaten path. Love these hidden corners of Niigata!
