Stumbled upon this incredible sake barrel display in Yuzawa during an autumn food crawl — hundreds of wooden casks stacked floor to ceiling, each one a different brewery from across Japan. The craftsmanship and sheer scale of it just stopped me in my tracks. This is what sake culture looks like!
