Ramen and Gyoza Night in Utsunomiya

Landed in Utsunomiya in January and went straight for the gyoza scene on Ekimae-dōri — this spread was insane! Rich ramen broth, crispy fried dumplings, and a whole plate of steamed gyoza to dip in that killer sauce. One bowl after another — the kind of meal that makes you forget the winter cold outside.
