
April in Sapporo and the weather's finally turning — time to fire up the grill! Grabbed some beautiful cuts and fresh scallops at Minami-5-jo-Nishi 5-chome and cooked them right at the table. That sear on the meat, the butter melting over the scallops... spring appetite is real!
4月の札幌、ようやく暖かくなってきたから焼肉だ!南5条西5でこんな綺麗な肉と帆立を仕入れて、テーブルで焼いた。肉の香り、バターで炒めた帆立の甘さ...春の食欲は最高だな!!
