Crispy Tonkatsu Ramen in Bandai, Fukushima

Stopped in Bandai during an October food crawl through Fukushima, and stumbled on this absolute beast of a ramen — thick, golden tonkatsu strips laid right over the noodles. The broth was rich, the pork crispy on the outside and tender inside. One bowl and I was completely sold on this tiny spot!
