Sushi at Kashimada, Kawasaki — December Indulgence

Stopped by Kashimada in Kawasaki for some seriously fresh sushi in December — and this scallop (hotate) was the real star. The way it melted on my tongue, that hint of garlic oil, just perfect. One of those meals that makes you forget the winter chill completely!
