Stumbled into this little gem in Tokura during an August wander through the Kanto backcountry — the ramen was rich and deeply satisfying, and those crispy vegetable tempura hit different. The whole spread, from the dipping sauces to the broth, felt like someone really cared. Days like this remind me why I love exploring the quieter corners of Tokyo!

８月、関東の裏側を歩いていて戸倉で見つけたこのお店。ラーメンのスープが深くて、野菜の天ぷらはカリッカリで最高だった！丁寧な仕事が随所に感じられて、こういう場所に出会えるから旅って楽しいんだな。
