
September in Yokohama led me to Onocho for some serious omakase — and these pristine slices of squid and white fish were just the beginning. The counter, the craftsmanship, the simplicity of it all — pure magic on wood.
9月の横浜・大野町でおまかせ寿司に訪れた。これはイカと白身魚の一貫目。カウンター越しに職人の手さばきを見ていると、シンプルなのに奥深い — 最高だな!!
