Stopped by a local ramen spot in Kobaranishi during a July road trip through Yamanashi — and this bowl absolutely hit the spot. Silky noodles, perfectly soft-boiled eggs, fresh greens and that killer miso-based broth in the heat. Simple, perfect, exactly what I needed after a long day on the road! 🍜
