Stopped by the museum at Kanaashi-Niozaki in Akita and got completely absorbed by these ancient stone tools — the craftsmanship of people from thousands of years ago just blows my mind. Seeing them up close in November, with the Tohoku autumn light filtering through, made the whole history feel so real.
