Stumbled upon this gorgeous traditional wooden structure in Higashiyama, Gotemba — the kind of place that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. October light hit it perfectly, and inside they were serving incredible local fish dishes. The craftsmanship in those beams and that steep roof is just unreal!
