Walked through the vermillion gates of Kirishima Shrine deep in the Kirishima range — October light filtering through the ancient forest felt almost sacred. The whole sanctuary seemed to glow against the mountain backdrop. A place that reminds you why these peaks have been worshipped for centuries!

霧島連山の奥深くに鎮座する霧島神宮を訪ねました。朱塗りの社殿が秋の青空に映えて、参道の杉並木を抜ける光が本当に美しかった。歴史と信仰の重みを感じる、素晴らしい場所だな！！
