October in Kyushu — arrived at Kirishima Shrine and this iconic red torii just stopped me in my tracks. The volcano rising behind it through the mist was pure magic. Those autumn colours creeping into the forest, the crisp air, the whole scene felt like stepping straight into something sacred.
