
Spring in Hakone brought me this incredible plate of sansai — mountain vegetables fresh from the surrounding slopes. The char on these greens was perfect, and you could taste how close to nature this place really is. One of those simple dishes that hits different when you're eating it where it's grown!
春の箱根で出会った山菜料理!周りの山から採れたばかりの野菜の数々。焼き加減も最高で、本当に自然の中で食べてる感じがした。採れた場所で食べるからこんなに美味しいんだな!!
