
Early spring in Miura, and I found myself at the fish market in Misaki — the seafood here is unreal. This sashimi bowl was so fresh it practically melted on my tongue. The sweet, delicate flavor of the local catch reminded me why Miura's been famous for sushi forever. One bowl and I was completely hooked!
