Stopped by a cozy spot in Ebisu in February and stumbled upon this gorgeous olive platter — green and dark varieties arranged like edible art on a bed of red cabbage. The simplicity was stunning, and the flavors were so clean and bright. Sometimes the best bites are the most unexpected ones!
