
Caught these beauties in May at Ebisu — those jade-green ones with the delicate pleats just had me transfixed. The way the skin glistened, you could tell they'd nailed the steaming. One bite and all the soup just melted on my tongue. This is what xiaolongbao dreams are made of!
5月の恵比寿で出会った小籠包。あの翡翠色の皮の美しさ、ひだの繊細さにやられた。スープがジュワッと溶け出す瞬間が最高!東京のど真ん中でこんな小籠包が食べられるなんて、もう最高だ。
