
October in Numazu — I hit up the sushi market in Tokiwacho and absolutely lost it over this bowl. Fresh squid, plump shrimp, uni, ikura glistening like jewels... the kind of meal that reminds you why this coastal town is sushi heaven. One bite and I was completely sold!
