August in Kure, and I found myself studying this beautiful old map at the entrance to Kawajiricho-Higashi — the kind of sign that tells you the whole story of a place at a glance. Love how these information boards capture the soul of a village, showing its temples, paths, and the way things used to flow. A perfect reminder that even in a modern port city, history is still walking distance away.

８月の呉で、川尻町東の参道入口でこんな素敵な昔地図を発見！古い町並みや寺院、昔の人の流れが一枚に詰まってるんだよね。こういう案内板を見ると、ほんと町の魅力が伝わってくる。港町の中にも、こんなに歴史が息づいてるんだなって改めて感じた。
