Tsukemen in Aichi — Summer 2020 Noodle Heaven

August heat in Aichi called for tsukemen — and wow, those rich dipping broths hit different on a sweltering day. The noodles were perfectly chewy, the broth silky, and I went back for seconds without hesitation!
