May 2023, and I found myself standing in front of Ukedo Station in Namie—a place frozen in time. The station building now serves as a museum, its windows dark, its platform silent. Walking through these corridors, I could feel the weight of what happened here. It's a sobering reminder, but also a powerful testament to remembrance and resilience.
