
Stopped by Ogata in November and stumbled into this gorgeous kaiseki spread — each dish so carefully plated it felt wrong to eat it! The fresh fish, the delicate garnishes, the whole experience just screamed Tohoku craftsmanship. This is the kind of meal that reminds you why travelling through rural Japan is magic.
11月、大潟村に立ち寄ったら、こんなに美しい懐石に出会った!ひとつひとつのお皿が本当に丁寧で、食べるのがもったいないくらい。新鮮な魚、季節の装い、全部が秋田のこだわりが詰まってる感じ。こういう時間が旅の醍醐味だな!!
