Summer in Shinbashi — I ducked into a Thai spot and ordered their signature tom yum. That first spoonful was pure fire and magic. The broth was impossibly rich, the herbs sang, and I was instantly hooked. One of those meals that reminds you why wandering hungry through Tokyo is the best idea.
