Early April in Tokyo's quiet Kita ward — stumbled upon this serene shrine approach framed by a wooden torii, with the main hall bathed in spring sunlight. The contrast between the bare branches and fresh green buds felt like the season was transitioning right before my eyes. Such a peaceful pocket of old Tokyo!
