Futtsu Coastal Road, Chiba — February's Windswept Peninsula

Caught this view of Futtsu's dramatic coastal road cutting through the peninsula — that stripe of sand and forest is something else! February was grey and blustery, but the emptiness of it all was oddly peaceful. The way the road curves around the landscape felt like driving through a totally different world, just a couple hours from Tokyo.

富津の海岸線を貫く道路の景色に思わず息をのんだ。砂と森が作る縞模様が最高だった！2月だから空は曇ってたけど、その分静寂が心地よくて。東京からそう遠くない場所とは思えない光景だな。
