December morning at Yukawa in Ito — I caught dozens of cormorants and gulls lined up on the massive concrete breakwater like they owned the place. The winter ocean was calm and grey, and these birds seemed totally unfazed by my presence. Love stumbling onto these quiet moments along the Shizuoka coast!
