Historic Cannon at Takicho-Kuchitagi, Izumo, Shimane

Stumbled upon this beautifully preserved cannon at Takicho-Kuchitagi in May — the craftsmanship and wooden framework are incredible up close. Standing beneath the old beams and feeling the weight of history in that green barrel was genuinely moving.
