Fresh Seafood Bowl, Hokkaido Autumn

October in Hokkaido meant one thing — incredible seafood. This bowl of sashimi and roe was so fresh it felt like the ocean was right there on my plate. The sweetness of the sea, the delicate maple leaf garnish — autumn in Hokkaido really hits different.
