Local Kaiseki Feast in Rural Ehime

Stumbled into this little spot in Ehime during September and wow — the spread was absolutely stunning. Fresh sashimi, tempura, ramen, grilled fish… everything tasted like it came straight from the local waters and farms. A proper feast for such an unassuming place!

９月、愛媛の小さなお店で出会った定食がこれ！刺身に天ぷら、ラーメンに焼き魚…地元の海と山の恵みが全部乗ってるみたいで、こんな場所とは思えないほど豪華だった。最高！
