I couldn't believe the presentation when this arrived at the table — a whole crab surrounded by its own claws and what looked like bamboo-wrapped parcels. China's seafood spreads hit different! The craftsmanship in how they plated it was honestly as impressive as the taste.

テーブルに運ばれてきた瞬間、思わず息を飲んだ。丸ごとの蟹が爪に囲まれて、竹で包んだ料理が添えられてる。中国の海鮮料理のプレゼンテーション、本当にすごい！味も盛り付けの工夫も最高だった。
