Found this gem of a chanko izakaya tucked away in Ryōgoku back in June — that cheerful lantern sign just drew me right in! Nothing beats authentic sumo wrestler stew and cold beer on a warm summer evening. The vibe here is pure old-school Tokyo, and I was totally hooked.
