April in Kyoto — grabbed this fresh mochi by the riverbank in Tanaka-Shimoyanagicho, and the countryside calm around me was perfect. The green wrapping, the soft rice cakes catching the spring light, and that peaceful river view behind it — Japan's countryside really knows how to do simple moments right!
