July in Towada, and the forest was absolutely lush — this pristine stream cutting through the deep green felt like stepping into another world. The old-growth trees arch overhead, the water runs cool and clear, and the whole place just breathes peace. Moments like this remind me why I keep chasing these quiet corners of Tohoku.
