
Stumbled into this gem in Furugome during a January food hunt — and wow, the sizzle of meat and noodles hitting that hot iron plate just hit different in the cold! The layers of perfectly charred chicken, soft onions, and those chewy noodles all coming together at once... I was totally hooked. Winter comfort food at its best.
1月、古込でふらっと入ったてっぱんやき — 鉄板の上でジュワッと焼ける鶏肉とねぎの香りがたまらない!焦げ目がついた肉、柔らかいねぎ、もちもちの麺が一気に混ざる瞬間が最高だった。冬の夜のこういう食べ物、本当に心が満たされるな。
